To lose my ***

I've just come home from work to discover my cleaner has painted parts of my bannister and skirting.

She's dripped white gloss paint over my oak wood flooring and there are paint drip marks on my bannister.

To make things worse my kitchen hasn't been cleaned and there are grease marks untouched.

AIBU to actually lose my *?! I guess she meant well but WTAF?!!

You need to clean that sand out of your vagina. Will make you grumpy.

PainSnail · 05/07/2017 09:45

Possibly too late now but baby wipes get paint off wood extremely well. The cheaper the baby wipe, the better. Tried and tested!

CremeFresh Shock Why on earth did your lodger do that? That's a shocking thing to do.

CremeFresh · 05/07/2017 12:22

I've no idea ! He saw me doing some weeding one weekend , I went to work and came back to a bare patch of earth ! I was so gobsmacked and he seemed so pleased with himself , all I could utter was a strangled 'lovely' !!

IloveBanff · 05/07/2017 12:29

So you didn't have a go at him at all CremeFresh? But what he did was tantamount to vandalism. He actually destroyed your garden! How could he think that was helpful in any way? Oh well, at least all that freshly dug earth made disposing of his body a lot easier.

CremeFresh · 05/07/2017 12:43

I didn't have the heart to ! (Soft touch me) Grin at burying bodies.

After the initial shock I actually found it really funny, no one died and all that . Friends and neighbours came round to look as they couldn't believe it !

I'm going to try and use this at work tomorrow 😂😂

LOL Lemming - strange you say that - back gate was built by builder but not finished. His labourer would jump up on the fence and open the gate by the top bolt..Thus the whole fence post snapped in a storm. Now it sways in the breeze as a memento of their handy work. I get to look at it out of the brand new window another tradie scratched vehemently.

Redsippycup · 05/07/2017 20:45

Being have you had any more success with your paint removal?

When do you see the cleaner next?

BeingMePls · 05/07/2017 21:16

I don't see her really as she comes when we're all our. She should be here Friday. :(

Redsippycup · 05/07/2017 21:53

Do you know how you are going to handle it yet?

I mean, obviously first priority is making sure she doesn't do anything else random, but you said she may not have fully understood your phone call?

Justaboy · 05/07/2017 23:27

Do you know how you are going to handle it yet?

When she passes you the bill for the work she did;?.

Redsippycup · 06/07/2017 09:59

Justaboy especially if she charges for the paint and brushes! Grin

BeingMePls · 08/07/2017 19:38

She asked for money 😂

IloveBanff · 08/07/2017 19:44

Shock Can you tell us what happened next or are you still busy disposing of her body?

BeingMePls · 08/07/2017 20:01

Well she said that she needed her money and I said I didn't owe her any (I don't). She's not replied yet.

After finding some more dripping spots of white gloss. And more areas where she's painted the floor I've started the look for a new cleaner 😞

I'm so gutted. We all really liked her and I'm sure she liked us (not so sure now)

IloveBanff · 08/07/2017 20:12

So you haven't told her she should have cleaned and not ruined your floor with gloss paint? It was an extremely bizarre thing for her to have done, even if she'd painted perfectly and not dripped the paint anywhere. She's a cleaner not a painter and decorator!
