To fuck OFF.

Many examples recently of people appointing themselves thread curator and being rude, annoying and pointy finger ish to other posters who disagree with them.

It annoys me more than it should.

No it's saying STFU you lazy caah.

Sparklingbrook · 24/06/2017 17:30

Ah yes High bouncers, if your name's not on the list or you aren't upmarket you can't post on the thread.

Redsippycup · 24/06/2017 17:31

If you phone 101 and ask for the thread police, what happens?

HoneyDragon · 24/06/2017 17:31

Ursula and look where it's absence has got us

NotYoda · 24/06/2017 17:32

OP

Thank you
I do like to see myself as someone who wants to enhance knowledge

Sparklingbrook · 24/06/2017 17:32

They log it Red and update their spreadsheets accordingly.

RaspberryBeretHoopla · 24/06/2017 17:33

Point taken, Lweji

We need the RTFT police, please.

Do your jobs, people, come on!

Lweji · 24/06/2017 17:33

They log the thread for you.

Lweji

Quite right too. It might be the piece of the puzzle that everyone's been missing

RaspberryBeretHoopla · 24/06/2017 17:36

We are in deep need of a SPAG police person.

SmileEachDay · 24/06/2017 17:36

I've expanded my description further down Navy - do RTFT thread dear. Grin Grin

I thought that was a philosophy question, like the cat in a box one. I'm delirious though.

SmileEachDay · 24/06/2017 17:36

(FWIW I thought the upmarket comment on the other thread wasn't at all ok)

OP posts:
NotYoda · 24/06/2017 17:37

The thread is both dead and alive

Sparklingbrook · 24/06/2017 17:38

As a trainee Thread Police Officer I have to just say that the use of the word' dear' is almost as patronising as the use of this face- Smile

KatieScarlett · 24/06/2017 17:38

Yoda
Exactly.

Highalert · 24/06/2017 17:38

I read some of the DH thread and then got bored.

SmileEachDay · 24/06/2017 17:39

I agree Sparkling

Although I think the Smile is a touch more PA

OP posts:
Sparklingbrook · 24/06/2017 17:39

High where is your comittment. Sad Read backwards from the end.

Sparklingbrook · 24/06/2017 17:40

BUT is the Smile better or worse than 'HTH'?

Highalert · 24/06/2017 17:40

I got Smileed at on a thread yesterday.

KatieScarlett · 24/06/2017 17:40

I like a good Confused
I'm not really confused. I just think you're a twat.

One of my favourite long running threads began like this one. Someone was complaining that people always agreed with a poster just above them in the thread, when they had made exactly the same point earlier on the thread and not been credited with it.
