I'm sorry I think those of you in England or outside the central belt may be unaware that Davidson has courted the support of Uniounist in Scotland who are aligned with the DUP and their ilk. To now be outraged at a coalition with this mob is pure hypocrisy on her part. It seems it's ok to get their vote or have them as councillors in Scotland

You misunderstand when I say Unionist I am not talking about them in the terms you refer to. I'm talking about the orange order type of unionist who are alive and well and we're out marching yesterday in Glasgow. It is those kind of people who are linked to the type of people in the DUP. Encouraging this and you dabble with intensifying sectarianism across the central belt of Scotland. Davidson has gone after there vote here and is a hypocrite to complain about their brothers on steroids Unionists.

Davidson supports the rape clause and all the other welfare cuts and austerity programme. In the GE she only spoke about the independence referendum - too scared to mention the Tory policies. She is as odious as all other Tories

I'm a floating voter and she'd get my vote. She's one of the best assets the party has.

I like what I see of her and she's greatly improved the image of the Conservatives in Scotland, but she's hasn't been first minister of Scotland and might be completely out of her depth in UK politics.

No, but she courted their brethren in Scotland. Possibly without considering she might get stuck with the DUP.

She would be great ...and I believe you don't have to be an MP to be PM (but you might then need to be in the lords)...

I'm Scottish and not a Tory but I really admire Ruth. I just wish she'd switch to Labour.....
