watching Question Time, feeling pissed off and depressed. Finding Baroness Chakrabarti utterly awful, and Oakshott, who I know I SHOULD dislike, great.

Chris Grayling did quite well???
Don't envy him that gig, but no, he came across as weak, mealy mouthed and almost slightly irritated that he was in that position- although it's one he played a huge role in creating.

Oakshott was odious!

I didn't know who Isabel Oakeshott was until I saw her on QT a few months ago. She is vile!! Katie Hopkins lite. I did enjoy the moment when Alistair Campbell pleaded with people to stop buying her horrible rag and the audience cheered.

I love the way Alastair Campbell is all jovial and buddy buddy these days when we all know he was once Bliar's attack hound.

I don't think Chakrabarti comes across particularly well, but Oakshott was awful.

Shami Chakrabarti has had a mixed record of late but the only rational reaction to Isabel Oakeshott is this:

I agree with most,, Oakeshott acted like she didn't want to be there. So condescending with her one liners..
Its probably got to do with all the misery she saw at Liberty but SC needs to lighten up a little!! gosh..

Doesn't matter if you like Chakrabati or not, she's still a brilliant human rights lawyer with a huge level of knowledge and skill and an excellent person to have in the Lords.

Oakshot is not very likeable. That's my polite opinion.

Isabel Oakeshott reminded me of Katie Hopkins. I thought she was awful.

Chakrabarti came across a bit sneery and charmless.

Oakshott was vile, she a nasty toff sarcastic bully. Katie Hoping but with less charisma.

She's brilliant at showing the British public what loathsome, bitter, awful people write for the daily mail. I'm happy when people like her support the conservatives. It will galvanizise the labour vote in a few months.

Oakeshott was rude and obnoxious. Pro Tory who writes for the Daily Fail. Go figure.

All I could think about IO is 'now that's a face I wouldn't never get tired of slapping'.

Oakeshott is just a ghastly piece of work: tells on her sources (so much for journalistic integrity); deeply unsisterly (eg towards journalists complaining when male politician refers to them as totty) and - and here IABU because I dislike her so much - ghastly hair (extensions or just flattened to within an inch of its life).

I know, I am a bad person for judging Ms PigHead Shenanigans Journo not just on her lack of integrity but also her looks... but I have had wine and it feels good to be judgemental... sorry :(
