Roundabout Lanes!! 😡

Cars A and B are both heading for Exit C.

Which land should each car be in before exiting the roundabout?

It's a long time since I passed my test, but can they not just stay in the lanes they're in?

Both lanes would take them off for Exit C would it not?

Looks to me like Car A is in the lane for Exit B and should be in one of the inner 2 to go to Exit C

Car b should try to move left but can exit in their current lane, car a is fine, lovley diagram!

Both lanes, they would just needs to stay in thier respective lanes when they exit the roundabout.

The lanes they are in are both fine.
B stays in the lane it's already in and A moves across to the right so they are next to each other.
Unless b immediately wanted to turn left coming off the roundabout then they should be in a different lane so as not to cut up anyone on the inside of them.

Did the other car prefer your lane more?

Is car A in the lane where car A is written or the pink blob? If the pink blob then continue in their lane

Did car B move into car A's lane?

If the cars are the colour coded squares then they should both just continue in lane. No issue.

Assumng it is a dual carriageway at exit c both lanes can filter in.

Car B was me earlier, I continued in my lane, following it around and Car A was drifting into my lane rather than following his around.

No indication, he wasn't trying to cut in, he believed that I was in the wrong lane and had drifted into the wrong lane?!?

I received a lot of abuse, he got it back. Told him to look at the road markings and all the other cars doing the same as me! Why can't people drive?

from that diagram i'd say both cars are fine to go off at ExitC, sticking to their lanes ...it's two lanes to two lanes.

Just to add the road markings on the diagram are actually on the road itself!

Car A is in the wrong lane. Happens to the best of us, but when it does you change lanes if and when it's safe, and aren't a dick about it.

yup, both follow their own lanes

Although if you regularly encounter people messing it up it's worth hanging back and being extra vigilant - the route back to the motorway from the Trafford Centre is always full of interesting interpretations of lane markings, so I'm extra careful.

They're in the correct lanes and should just continue as they are.

It looks exactly the same as the roundabout I was this morning where some absolute twat didn't even pick a lane and just dominated two of them until drifting off without indicating at the 3rd exit. Ridiculous.
