I should, and sometimes I do, but mostly I forget. I am the trying to find an ice coffee somewhere when I am desperate for something to drink.

Probably not the healthiest idea as I walk a lot.

I am sat at my desk with a 750ml insulated sports bottle between me and keyboard. Otherwise I am bad at remembering to drink so I end up with a raging thirst and headaches.

Same bottle gets chucked into car/handbag/laptop backpack pocket if I am out and about for the same reason.

More than once before now I have been caught short and resented paying money for bottled water.

I always bring water, all four seasons. You can break down/get stuck in a jam/get lost/otherwise delayed. I don't want to depend on somewhere being available to me. I don't even think about it. Purse, water, shade and keys, good to go, type thing.

On long walks but otherwise not. I only drink tap water and that is usually around wherever I go for no charge.

I have no salivary glands on the top, so I carry a water bottle with me at all times.

I also need water to get food down, I go through minimum of two litres of water a day.

A paper fan is the indispensable thing for me, that I have to carry with me in hot weather. I know supposedly the energy you expend using it counteracts the cooling effect, but when I'm on hot sweaty public transport it is a lifesaver nonetheless.

Also hairbands, so can always get my (long) hair up off my neck.

I'm in London on a coach in a traffic jam. The temperature is 24 degrees allergy but it feels hotter. I have drunk my bottle of water already and i will be on this coach two more hours, I wish I had another one.

I think some people are assuming that carrying s bottle means sipping constantly. I'm sure some people do that but I keep a bottle to drink all in one. And now it's gone.
