Let's face it, after brexit they were going the way of the dodo.

By throwing themselves into the often politely ignored issues around community integration and extremism I think they will be stealing a big chunk of the Tory vote again.

Especially the removal of passports from anyone leaving the country to fight for ISIS.

If that had been in place earlier then the Manchester murderer wouldn't have been able to enter the country.

Peterhouse, I think you'll find you used the word 'nutter'. Your definition of loon I notice missed out 'a crazy person', also in the dictionary.
Either way, it was wrong and disablist and to defend yourself is equally disgusting.

UKIP are utter crap but I hope they split the Tory vote.

They won't. They have pulled out of Labour marginals and have less candidates than the greens.

Well this is embarrassing Grin

I started this thread but after watching the live debates I'm now voting Labour for the first time.

As you were...

If UKIP's big idea is not to let UK citizens back into their own country, it seems odd to vote for something that can't be done. International Law requires each country to be responsible for its own citizens.

A more sensible idea would be to remove passports from anyone wanting to go abroad from the UK to fight for ISIS and so on. However, that requires finding out their intentions. It ain't going to happen.

RoseTico · 01/06/2017 09:16

I'm definitely voting UKIP as are a lot of people I know

Wow. Where are you all clustered? I've never met a UKIP supporter - at least not one who would admit it.

Peter, you are flogging a dead horse here.

You must remember this is a UKIP thread. A basic level of English is beyond many of its supporters.

Dawndonnaagain · 01/06/2017 12:44

User I'm sorry if I'm misunderstanding but are you suggesting my knowledge of English Language is somewhat lacking? If so, I would query the evidence.

SoupDragon · 01/06/2017 13:25

I wouldn't worry, it's just the opinion of someone who can't work out how to choose a proper user name.
