AIBU to want a secret confessions thread?

I'll start.

I am stupidly in luuuuuuuurrrvvvvvveeee with a man from work almost 10 years younger than me. He's so lovely, and funny and clever and handsome and I just want to lick him. We get on so well. He'd probably die of shame if he realised and on occasion I feel like I'm old enough to be his mum even though clearly I'm not lol.

But gahhhh, I get the fanny gallops....

NOONE CAN KNOW! I can do nothing about this. No telling on me!

NC for this. I am happily married and would never consider cheating but my colleague who I work with in a very close capacity gives me total fanny gallops. It's not even really about his looks; for me it's his sense of humour. He's 11 years older than me and, like me, very happily married, but he does liven up a dull day at work. He also has a very sexy accent which partly contributes to the fanny gallops.

Got a few -
12 year crush on someone I came into contact with maybe 2/3 times a month, single for those 10 years and he erm had a bit of a reputation was a male slut and I drove my friends insane by going on and on and on (new respect for friends...) Anyway part of it I think was I was single for most of that time, I'd have a fling but then go back to stalking fancying him. Then ff to last year when I was happily swept off my feet and having a conversation with ex-crush for him to exclaim he thought I was married, and always had been, and had he known I was single he probably would have taken me up on piss poor flirting attempts subtle hints. We're both settled now with partners but bloody hell I wish.....Hmm

Since I gave up smoking my dog has had his legs walked off, he hides when I pick up the lead for a crafty smoke or 5 walk.

Have to date, eaten the easter eggs bought for dd, dn, and friends kids... And I've bought 2 lots of each......

Told dp I was working (he leaves before me and I get home before him) and laid in bed most of the day......and on the sofa the rest of it claiming I was knackered from work.

Told my dd when she was little that the 3 replacement hamsters I bought for her were the same one, and on the last occasion because I couldn't find one the same colour or size, told her hamsters get smaller and change colour as they get old.... Still unforgiven 10 years later!

No RL crushes for me, but I watch Arrow when DH isn't here and fantasise about shagging the arse off Oliver Queen. That body! ONe of my work colleagues actually met him at a comicon thing when she was in the US, and I was absurdly jealous! (I am 44, with 3 kids fgs)

When the DC ask me if they can watch telly, I actively encourage them to stick a Horrible Histories episode on. So they can learn something educational of course and I can have pervy daydreams about all of the actors. Grin

I have, just this minute, ignored a call from my lovely sil, as I've told her to I'm blue in he face that I block calls after 9pm. I'm now feeling guilty, but honestly, it's nearly 10pm and I keep telling you!

I have also engineered an outing ... with zero intention of doing anything about my daft crush but just so I can spend more fun time with him and unfortunately others

sorry chinam it would be humiliating if it was revealed IRL though.

I can say that involved me coincidentally being dressed up to the absolute nines and having an incident that involved me spending a prolonged amount of time in his immediate vicinity.

I hope I'll get over the guilt at some point!
In my defence, the only thing I faked was the actual meet - all of our dates have been 100% genuine.

Oh OP, you're single - he's single. Do you think it's mutual? I had a similar situation where I was senior management and effectively one of his bosses. I was 39 and he was 26! We kept it secret but we had the most Incredible 14 mths. Sadly it didn't work out but, my God, we hurt noone and while it lasted it was A-MAZ-ING!!

No I don't really think it's mutual. Not really. He's just nice. And we get on really well. I think he probably sees me like a work big sister like another poster said. Mores the pity.

But hey I can still ogle and lust to my hearts content 😄

When my husband annoys me (and he does quite often, the pig-headed ninnymuggins) I fantasize about smashing his stupid head in with a large hammer. Grin
