OK, so I've read on here that apparently council tenants are getting free goats (on top of getting almost free housing)!

I feel this is massive discrimination against us private tenants who pay full rent. I demand equal rights, and I want my goat!!!

I spoke to the council, and apparently the reason they don't give goats to private tenants is because they don't want private goats to get a superiority complex. They also get so much attitude from the council goats that they don't want to add to the problem with private goats walking around lording it over the others. .

According to the official I spoke to, under exceptional circumstances, private tenants are entitled to a hamster. I took one of these circumstances to be giving a donation bribe to the official in question or donating a kidney.

No hamsters. Goats or llamas... it's an Alpaca you want! They don't take up much space. They don't spit and they can carry your shopping home from Lidl

Although I am"officially" a goalless private householder, I identify as a goat-owning council tenant. I have built a small hill in my windowbox and everything because I know goats like to climb, and a goatherd needs to yodel.

I intend to write to the council and ask them how to groom kids look after young goats, and DEMAND an end to this senseless and discriminatory Capraphobia!
