To not care what colour my passport is?

Apparently one of the great things about Brexit is we'll be getting blue passports back (personally don't remember blue passports but whatever). AIBU to really not give a shit? Quote from the article:

Baffling. Though I remember after the passports changed my (generally pro-European) mother gave me an old-style navy blue passport cover to conceal my shameful burgundy one. I was like

Mine was due for renewal this year so thanks to dad, I am now waiting for my new Irish passport to arrive in the post. Have no idea what colour it is and don't really care either.

I am a remainer. I don't give two fucks about passport colour, I am more concerned with the collapsing economy and the mess this country is in.
