en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/100_Greatest_Britons

This is a list of the top 100 greatest Britons. Maybe something off the list?

SetPhasersTaeMalkie · 30/03/2017 18:16

I've had a proper look at the list. What about one of the Beatles?

CherieBabySpliffUp · 30/03/2017 18:17

Would they dress up as a soldier?
Without the countless soldiers who went off to war "GREAT" Britain wouldn't be up to much.
I would be inclined to think of the unsung heroes

OdinsLoveChild · 30/03/2017 18:19

DH says that James Bond is what makes Britain Great.

Tidypidy · 30/03/2017 18:19

Brunel would be fairly easy or Churchill. One of the Bronte sisters or Jane Austen for a girl?

SetPhasersTaeMalkie · 30/03/2017 18:19

Sorry didn't read your OP properly, although your daughter could still be a Beatle!

TheNaze73 · 30/03/2017 18:19

Keith Chegwin would be epic. Can't believe he wasn't in that 100. He must have been 101st

Tidypidy · 30/03/2017 18:20

Or a suffragette?

sonlypuppyfat · 30/03/2017 18:21

Boudicca that would be brilliant, a blue face and a long dress and cloak

HopeClearwater · 30/03/2017 18:21

Phone them up and inform them that they've misunderstood the meaning of 'Great'. It doesn't mean wonderful, successful, etc. It's from 'Greater Britain' as contrasted with 'Little Britain' (not the comedy show). Google it.

Have you got a red tie in the house?
She could go as Tony Blair

Anasnake · 30/03/2017 18:28

Definitely a suffragette - Emmeline Pankhurst

KC225 · 30/03/2017 18:28

Union jack t.shirt and a cheese grater. Tell the child to say you don't pick favourites. Job done

Comealongpond89 · 30/03/2017 18:29

Queen Elizabeth 1st
