Not sure. But basically anyone without paperwork is a priority now, except Dreamers. And he wants everyone from south of the US deported to Mexico, to await the decisions if they get asylum THERE. Supposedly over video feed. In other words, they ask for asylum, they get sent BACK to wait to see if they get it. It'll take years, and then they'll say "well, gee, you've been fine here this long, so guess you don't need asylum, eh?"

You can see that coming.

And let's be realistic - Mexico is NOT going to be agreeable to this.
