The last-ish question about McMaster possibly recommended Bannon be removed from whatever role(s) he's wangled in connection with NS was interesting too. He didn't say that was off limits, and possibly McMaster had similar conditions Hayward listed. SCROTUS might well have had to concede more than Bannon would have wanted in order to get someone in place. I hope so anyway.
