I always expected Girl Guides to be a fully female environment. And WTF about not telling parents if it isn't?

There are Muslim scout groups and indeed from all faiths if you INCLUDE the world membership.

How do you think the girls on the other team, or the parents of those girls who have spent thousands helping their daughter pursue her sport, feel when they are faced with a man on the opposing team? I don't think you quite understand the world in which you live, we live in a male dominated world, with male violence, male sexual violence, male power, money and influence.

Within my home I could pretend it doesn't exist, but unfortunately my kids exist in the world as do i. My husband has never been catcalled, told he had nice (insert world of sexual part) etc etc . I'm sure you recognise what I'm saying.

Female company and female only spaces are important, for a start we are less likely to be interrupted, we can also be free in our expressions. It has a different feel. It's definitely a different dynamic.

Did you know once you transition you have no medical records, even if you have no bodily alterations?!

So no screenings, no risk assessment about presentations with certain conditions.... if you had a heart attack or cancer as a man then became a woman your doctor would not know.
