Well yes I expect so, Blatherskite they seem to have been quite annoying

I assumed soexcited and gin were the same person and it was someone mucking about. But no, it was even stranger. Two actual people who know this street!

Basically, what I got from the story was that he's a woman, she's a ghost, it was his sled, it was Earth all along, the head was in the box and OP thought she was the detective investigating but she was actually in the mental asylum?

Birdlady, I believe you - there is no way you could this up. And They have no right whatsoever to park on your drive. Just because they have been getting away with it or because they are older etc etc etc etc. I'd have been seriously pissed to come home ill & have to deal with all of that. Bollards all the way, maybe even a warning sign saying cars will be clamped. And get a clamp - £200 release fee should do!

OP hello neighbour I have to say I thought you'd moved out because of the To let sign on your drive and when I walked past today I saw a step ladder in your front room and a different car on the drive and thought oh somebody is moving in! (I'll use neighbourhood watch as my justification for being so nosy). When my friend showed my the picture you posted I recognised the car.

I have to say there are always different cars on your drive whenever I walk past, I wouldn't know which one was yours.

One of the other neighbours in the past rented out their drive on park at my house or whatever it's called now. Maybe that's where he got the idea

Ah Birdlady you are back. Can't believe so many MN's live on your road! Think you are showing a lot of tolerance of these eejits on your drive. No excuse. Many people have special parking needs in congested areas - but never heard of anybody turning a neighbours drive into a free NCP! Good luck - keep us informed.
