those asking about OP's annual leave etc: If she's on annual leave, her car will have been there all day so carer will know not to park on her drive when they arrive. Yesterday OP's out in the morning and came back EARLY, hence carers we caught :)

CryingShame · 10/01/2017 17:19

I think it's time for a "DO NOT PARK IN THIS DRIVE" message, with each letter on a seperate shet of A4, to go into your front window each morning. Chains or bollards definitely the way to go.

RaptorInaPorkPieHat · 10/01/2017 17:19

The sad thing is, chances are, if Nicholas had come round and explained the situation and asked nicely when the OP moved in, they probably could have come to an agreement for the carers to park there quite happily (on the understanding that they move if need be).

I'd be whacking up gates or whatever asap.

Caroline is just taking the piss.

birdladyfromhomealone · 10/01/2017 17:20

I am now going to make another cuppa and read all 35 pages!!
And Sidesaddle- No you couldnt make this up!!

This.

Not all that hard to understand.

Patriciathestripper1 · 10/01/2017 17:20

Obviously posters of op is home then people will see her car and won't park there!!

fourcorneredcircle · 10/01/2017 17:21

Like the OP I had no idea that the garage opposite had been parking blocking my drive and garage for the two years since I moved in until I was signed off last year. I'm a teach, so don't have annual leave but it's not hard for him to know when the school hols are. It can, and does happen.

8misskitty8 · 10/01/2017 17:21

I hope you are over at Carolines door just now giving her hell. What a cheeky cow.
Are you friendly with any other neighbours ? If so tell them everything to try and get the whole story passed round the street.

You'll probably find that Caroline is known to the other neighbours for being a twat already. She's bound to have pissed someone else of before you.

BecauseWeCanCanCan · 10/01/2017 17:21

I wonder if there will be a third thread with breathy updates of further outrages...;)

have fun guys!

Manumission · 10/01/2017 17:21

I just popped back in to watch carrot, if it's all the same to you.

OP still has plenty of time to answer the questions that about two dozen of us have asked her about parking times etc. Maybe she is catching up with reading now.

MissBeehiving · 10/01/2017 17:21

Oh get off the thread Onion you miserable so and so

AgathaMystery · 10/01/2017 17:21

This has been ace.

RTKangaMummy · 10/01/2017 17:22

The only good thing is the damage CUNTALINE will have done to her car engines by turning them on and off each day to move them a very very short distance on and off OP driveway

FlibbertigibbetArmadillo · 10/01/2017 17:22

Oh I hope Nicolas comes round soon
Also op your house is beautiful Grin

CherryChasingDotMuncher · 10/01/2017 17:22

Tremendous yawn at the "you're so gullible" troll hunters. Go and piss your misery all over another thread if you're not enjoying this one.

Kazmerelda · 10/01/2017 17:22

I have a legitimate question....if someone parks on your drive illegally can you not just phone a tow company and get them towed off? I guess you have to pay for the tow but can you actually do this?

This thread has prevented me from working to full capacity today, thanks OP Grin

Thingvellir · 10/01/2017 17:22

OP also has another house (or 3? I've lost track but this is what sidesaddle over on the H&H site is wound up about) in the countryside so very probably goes away when she has leave - am I right OP?

SpermThroughASashWindow · 10/01/2017 17:22

Wow. Just wow.

dinkystinky · 10/01/2017 17:23

Absolutely unbelievable!

OP - get a gate/chain put on your drive pronto along with a private property no parking sign. Tell Caroline from across the road that she is trespassing on private property if she parks her car there again - the same for Nicolas and his carers. I cant believe how outrageously they are behaving.

Think you going to need another thread op and report blue badge misuse

OutnumberedbyFurchesters · 10/01/2017 17:24

I have a child to entertain and feed and ikea furniture to build. Yet I'm attached to sofa via phone charging cable refreshing this thread....

Gallavich · 10/01/2017 17:24

Bloody cheeky fuckers!

HighlandMcChancer · 10/01/2017 17:24

I'd be putting a polite invoice through both neighbours doors for cost to replace the overused driveway 😉 and then install cctv & a gate with a sign saying private parking only trespassers will be prosecuted and another saying smile you are on cctv haha that'd put a stop to it all!
