Also worth mentioning that Nicolarse told Cuntaline that she can park on the drive as OP didn't need it during the day. Neither Nicolarse nor Cuntaline actually asked or spoke to OP about this arrangement before implementing it.

The police didn't move the car though did they?? On occasion if the police are not really busy and you get a nice operator they will try and contact the owner/insured person from the details they have on the pnc but that isn't always possible! Obstructing a driveway is not a police matter!
