Update after 4pm!

Just spent far too long ignoring the child delaying my housework for these threads...

Normally I leave work at 4, glad I'm staying til 6 today so I can find out where Caroline's got to!!

Caroline has been up all night, wringing her hands, cursing Nicholas for getting her into this awkward situation. She knows she's taken the piss all this time. God damn the OP for being ill and coming home early. She paces the room some more as she twitches the curtain...Fuck it the OP's car's still there...Oh no, wait, there she is. She's going out. Time to run along the street in her slippers and retrieve her car. As OP disappears round the corner, Caroline flies along the street, heart pumping and brow sweating. Just as she gets her car key to the lock............................

4pm is AAAAAGGGES away! OK, only 20 mins or so, but still...

@niknok69 it's about the OP coming home sick from work to find 2 strange cars on her drive, turns out nicholarse wifes carer has been told she can park on the because it is a narrow road and parking is by permit but the other car is cuntalines, OP doesn't know cuntaline, nicholarse has give cuntaline permission to park on op's drive, op barely knows nicholarse or his wife & hasn't a clue who cuntaline is, cuntalines car has now been there over 24 hours but op had a gp appt then had to go to work today so now we all wait to see what has happened...is cuntalines car still there, has she moved it when op is out, has nicholarse murdered cuntaline and OP, has OP murdered nicholarse...all should be revealed at 4pm so grab a and take pew

Justmuddlingalong, nice one. As a reader, I felt I was there. The air horn was a nice touch.

I simply cannot understand the circumstances by which someone leaves a car in a neighbour's driveway for 24+ hours. This baffles me, and easily has the makings of a plucky little British comedy film.

(Not sure I like the way the thread has turned to become Nicholarse and Cuntaline, though. )
