Sort of inspired by the other thread, I want to know what your favourite guilty pleasure songs are.

Songs that you know are cheesy or awful, but you love them anyway for whatever reason.

Mine is "In the Mood for Dancing" by The Nolans. I BEGGED my mum to let me have a pair of tight pink lycra leggings but she said no probably because I was 10 I've never got over it!

CaptainMarvelDanvers · 06/01/2017 17:31

Outlaw by War, it's so cheesy but I can't help doing a weird dance when I listen to it.

GoEasyPudding · 06/01/2017 17:32

Love a bit of Def Leppard. "Animal" especially. Its all the "ohs" and "yeahs" in the lyrics.

MrsMattBomer · 06/01/2017 17:39

I'm introducing you all to a totally cheese-tastic song. Kelly Marie - Feels Like I'm in Love

It reminds me of the disco at Butlins Barry Island circa 1981 Grin

oh, and if anyone is interested in my video, Con Bro Chill is actually a side project of Sam Martin who is the vocalist David Guetta used on Dangerous and Lovers on the Sun.

Just Like Jesse James by Cher Blush

MerlinsBeard87 · 06/01/2017 18:00

Another Cher, gypsies tramps and thieves. Also Madonna like a prayer. They would be my cheesy karaoke songs

Candycrusher7 · 06/01/2017 18:01

I love "Yes Sir I Can Boogie" and another by Richard someone, "Music was my first love". Both as cheesy as cheesy chips but they always put me in a good mood.

Joolsy · 06/01/2017 18:04

Madonna Like a Prayer is totally acceptable to like, nothing cheesy about that!

I also love Def Leppard - Animal and Cher - Just Like Jesse James.

I listened to alot of my guilty pleasures today whilst doing the cleaning: Europe - The Final Countdown, Survivor - Eye of the Tiger and finished with One Direction - Best Song Ever!

NancyDonahue · 06/01/2017 18:08
