The ones where a poster has a rant about their arsehole of a partner and someone immediately suggests that the partner has mental health problems and the OP should be supporting them.

Thursday - I think we would get next Thursday off. Two days, you need a couple of days for a Royal Funeral right!!

Threads where people speak for posters with autism/ disabilities as if they can't speak for themselves. I get it that people think they're helping/defending but actually it's insulting.

The competitive misery threads put me in mind of this genius sketch:

People who, when describing an incident, describe themselves as "myself".

E.g. My mother, myself and the dc were walking along the street...

Do they think it makes them sound more "official"?

Threads where a total ignoramus is busy telling people who do really know about something that they're wrong.

Posters who never return to threads

Op asks for advice
Gets lots of responses with good advice
Op comes up with every excuse to avoid all advice given.

Have not been here long but these examples resonate. The ones I most dislike are the ones where the initially desperate poster who is given thoughtful advice just disappears.

Most of these people are time wasters.

Thecolonel Totally agree about the race to the bottom threads. It's absolutely guaranteed that any OP moaning about being skint will be met with a flood of posts from posters claiming to manage perfectly well on £7 a week for a family of ten.
And nobody is allowed to be pissed off about anything at all because they're not living in Syria.
