I know, this is what everyone says. Ridiculous thing is, i was only trying to support someone else - and then an increasing number of "Oldies" piled in (I've been here for as long as most of them but less in your face).

This has happened a few times, and I've finally decided enough is enough. I have found other places for support and that's where I'll go. Still makes me sad though as I really could have done with some support over here. Bye everyone!

Less in your face on a newish account? Having a proper username will make you blend in more.

Also find it hard to sympathise when you're all about what support you could have taken from MN. Hopefully wherever you're going, you'll be able to give and take.

Pfft. Got accused of incest once. Didn't leave, because that would have been on someone else's terms. Didn't loose sleep either; when it comes down to it, we're all ghosts and pixels.

Change your name, most 'oldies' assume user names are trolls, because, well, 99% of the time they are.
