3rd morning in a row we have had an 04:30 start . 5am is fine - used to it and all good to go....04:30 is too bloody early. How do I speak baby and explain?!.

AGL I don't think you should get a cat if Landlord says 'No' either - could cause you all sorts of issues you really won't want. Estate/Letting Agent should be kicked for advising you to go ahead - but then if you get booted out and they have to find another tenant it's all extra fees for them. An idea could be, to show what a great tenant you are for 6 months and then approach the Landlord about it?. Though if the cat can't ever get outside it's not a lifestyle think is the right one for 99% of cats.
