More nonsense and utter bollocks, plus heart-warming moments of honesty, acceptance and kindness.

For cakes, dogs, cats, life-savers, unplanned pregnancies, homes, dresses and shoes, and of course, Mr Turner /Castis.

portia. An app that works out your calorie intake. You tell it you've eaten nothing but salad all day when you've really eaten a four pack of Mars Bars and an entire cheesecake. Tis great!

My fitness pal is basically a calorie counting app. You enter height and weight and what you wanna weigh and it tells you how many cals you should eat to achieve this. You then log your food and it helps you keep track

portia. I'm on the Anxiety Diet. I swear by it. Junk food one day and nothing the next because am too stressed to eat. Marginally healthier than the Smirnoff and Smokes Diet, though...
