Take your time Slow and steady is always better. It took me 18 months to lose 10 stone the first time.

And the second time i had to lose a 4 stone regain which took 3 years.

But the second time i was over 40 Being older does make a difference.

What do gallstones feel like Helena? I get a terrible burning feeling in my stomach if I eat carbs & sugar together (cakes 😢😢😢) which a friend said might be due to gallstones, but I don't think it is.
