My daughter was recently asked to be a bridesmaid, CC and her friend sent her a box, with a little, hand-made doll in it, made to look like her. ( long hair, blonde etc). On the outside was written "Will you be my bridesmaid?" This was the first my daughter knew of it, and wasn't expecting it, and she was literally jumping up and down with glee! When she phoned to tell me, I could hear how happy she was. She loved hearing by post - she was at the other end of the country too.
