I have done nothing today, nothing. Except drive teen to work. DD is still in her pjs on her laptop upstairs. She's refusing to get dressed. The sun is shining and I feel we should be out doing something. We may go out later.

I was GUTTED before I got the house I'm in now about a property I wanted that disappeared from under me (sure estate agent was a bit dodgy) but anyway, even though the house I'm in now cost more, I wouldn't swap places now for anything. I am glad I didn't get the first property although at the time it was like the end of the world.

I am sure you'll get something later and you'll see why you had to wait and it will be better than the one you just missed out on.
