jess yes, I'd really recommend it (and I hate group talks/activities). They do a different behaviour trait each week. Its really interesting and it shows how they gradually get you under control and become more abusive to you, without you managing to leave. Some of the early signs were surprising to me. However once they said them, they made sense to me because ex did do those things in the early days but I hadn't linked them to the far more abusive behaviours they became later on. If I hadn't done the course then I think I'd have ended up with the same kind of man again. Now I hope that I would recognise the signs and get rid before I'm in too deep.

I don't know how I fell for him?. Dd worries me as she says she hasn't got a Father and doesn't want one. My Dad died and Mum remarried but he works on them there oil rigs so is hardly around.
