blitheringbuzzards1234 · 14/08/2016 16:42

Will the little chap eventually be going to a vair posh school?

Would the likes of Tarquin, Ptolemy or Columbus be teased like mad by the rest of the oiks or would you consider it 'character forming'?

Ha ha! Liking the comments about Isambard as thats my sons middle name. He is a Vincent but known as Vinnie and can be both a thug and a legend within the same 10 minutes!

You know, OP that if you're not posh, then no name you give your child will make him posh.

And if you are posh, you won't need to ask about names. You'll just know.

You could always call the lad Cholmondeley, and give him a lifetime of having to explain a) how to pronounce it correctly; and b) how to spell it.

Very character-forming, and cheaper than public school.

Posh boys names:

Rupert (a personal favourite)
Benedict
Dominic
Alexander
Gabriel
Quentin
Boris
Augustus
Ivan
Leo

Or any name used in a Jilly Cooper novel.

You should also double barrel your name, to balance out the posh first name.
