I have just consumed soooo much shoulder of pork. It took six hours to cook. Worth it. Most of that time I was walking around some national trust sculpture gardens so it was no hardship. Struggling not to just go and eat the leftovers stood in the kitchen instead of saving them for tomorrow. Sod tomorrow. Sod the meal plan.
