I went to Chester zoo last month, we booked.online and that thing you have there is not a ticket. I'm so shocked this woman thinks she will get away with that x

I don't know why she didn't just say "oh I don't have the tickets anymore, I binned them when we left" surely that would have been far more logical and far less effort for her than this?
