Chester zoo tickets require a barcode to activate the gate.

I've never seen a monochrome Chester Zoo ticket.

The wording would say "one child", not "Childs ticket".

But OP, have you decided what you will say to the CM? Will you confront her and tell the other parents - possibly Ofsted if she is registered (I think you said she was registered). If she has gone this far to get £21 off a few people it would worry me what else she may cover up

Why wouldn't she just google image search an actual ticket and send you that (or print it off if she gave you a physical copy)? Strange choice to try and design a new one.

what do the other parents say about the 'visit to the Zoo'? Surely you need to ask them then ask her again. Do CM not keep records of registers for visits etc. Time to start asking direct questions I think now.

I have no idea what the original thread is but I'm gathering that OP paid CM entry fee for her DC to go to Chester Zoo but DC says they didn't go?

I don't work at Chester Zoo, but used to work at another well known UK zoo, I have visted 100's of zoos the world over including Chester a couple of months ago. No way is that a real ticket.
Most zoos would have either an email
type confirmation with a barcode, or a credit card sized little ticket with a photo of an animal, which usually changes daily.
plus it would have charity number etc on there, plus a barcode.
