When will the whole filthy, rotten, depraved house of cards finally be disassembled and exposed for what it really is?

It will never be exposed for what it is as the high powered core offenders are protecting each other.

They will continue to do what they are doing in offering up has-beens, and the deceased to try and placate those that would try to know the truth. (IMHO)

I don't think we will ever know just how prevalent it was and is. It is rare to meet a female who hasn't been abused in some way, at least in my experience.

The only thing that I've seen reported about his wife is that she is very upset and saddened by this news. Seems like an appropriate reaction to me. I would have thought that alleging her involvement is potentially actionable and so I will be reporting that post.

He was 16, over the age of consent. And that information was in the public domain forever. It was not a secret and is not a revelation today.

it is not 'speculation' , as bibbity said, that information has been in the public domain for a long time.

Yes, but saying that she had some involvement in her husband's abuse of children is not in the public domain because it's probably not true and is a ridiculous leap for dilly to make. Just because the poor woman gave a dignified statement and didn't do the usual thing of rubbishing the claims doesn't make her involved in any way.

I expect this thread will get deleted if certain posters continue with this kind of made up stuff.

Oh for fucks sake. The entire thread should be deleted if it's going to be people making baseless accusations against an elderly woman. Quite honestly her statement was incredibly dignified, acknowledging the evidence that her husband abused children is probably the worst thing she'll have ever had to do.

People should get off their high horse about Lady Freud. This is from the Mail article, and will presumably be in the ITV documentary:

She [Sylvia Woosley] described a disturbing morning when the couple asked her to join them in bed. When Lady Freud went off to make breakfast, she offered to go too but claims his wife replied: ‘No no no no no, you stay where you are, stay where you are with Clay [Clement], I’ll bring it.’
Miss Woolsey recalled: ‘And I knew what was going to happen. I was in my nightdress and he pulls it up and pulls me against him, touching me and kissing me.’
