Just that, really!

I used to do my hair and make up and feel pretty good about how I looked. Now, after two children and no sleep for 3 years I look shit whatever I do Sad

Will it ever come back?

You must do, Copperpot.

Your poor kids Sad

Vaara · 14/05/2016 20:45

I think I look better now after kids than before I had them.

Maybe I'm just a narcissist though, who knows?

I would love braces!

I was offered them by the orthodontist when i was 15 and i refused saying i would look hideous with them. Dsis was 14 at the time and she agreed to have them. She hated them but 2 years later and her teeth were and still are fucking gorgeous. The dentist told me i would regret it and christ was he ever right. I hate my teeth now. Wish i had taken the braces at the time when they were free!

bastards you've had some really horrible experiences but please stop taking it out on people on this thread. We have done nothing to you and have no axe to grind.

timelytess · 14/05/2016 20:57

No. My dd is exceptionally pretty and has an exceptionally pretty dd of her own. No theft there.

Copper, they might not have stolen your pretty, just hidden it somewhere. Have you looked behind the bed?

abs of cake and buns of brie.

JustLostTheGame · 14/05/2016 21:01

inlaws i really think you sound very angry (rightfully so) but no-one here caused any of your pain. It isnt fair to keep throwing that at posters here as if we are all dicks for having a bit of a whinge and a laugh. We arent. Your pain and other people's lighthearted moans are not connected. Us not laughing wont make your pain any less. I am sorry, i can see you have so much going on.

FutureGadgetsLab · 14/05/2016 21:03

While you didn't mock anyone you did imply we were bad mothers for having a lighthearted moan.

I agree with just

It was extremely offensive, bastards.

April229 · 14/05/2016 21:04

I hear ya. Takes time to look good and I have no time. I look shit frequently, I've put on weight that's hard to shift and I can't remember the last time my hair looked nice. I think the BF misses the pre kid version of me.
