To name and shame someone who ripped me off?

I have a very detailed post I could put here (and I'm not sure which part of the forums would best suit it) but as it mentions the guy's name (who will no doubt be attempting to do it to others as he's a con artist), I wanted to ask if it's okay to name him, first. Thanks.

Firstly, it is nobody famous.

Secondly, as MNHQ have confirmed, I cannot name the person on here and so I'll have to go through the content on the weblink I'd like to have posted and strip out anything that refers to this man's name and that of his wife who's also mentioned. Please bear with me while I do this as I need to double check I've not left anything in.

Please do not speculate since, as MN have already stated, they'll just delete this thread.

Thirdly, why mention it on this forum? Because far more people frequent this forum than any other I know, hence why I was looking for support and advice on here.
