I have a very detailed post I could put here (and I'm not sure which part of the forums would best suit it) but as it mentions the guy's name (who will no doubt be attempting to do it to others as he's a con artist), I wanted to ask if it's okay to name him, first. Thanks.

I've found someone with the initials JM on the Comedy Store website Manchester bit. There's an A - Z. I've no idea who he is though

I don't think it is anyone important (if it is anyone at all) and it is pointless to speculate.

I don't get why it would be mumsnet either. It might have made more sense if it was someone selling dodgy car seats or setting up scam soft play centres. There must be a comedy club forum somewhere on the net since there's a forum for everything else.
