AIBU to think a male paedophile rapist should definitely go to a male prison?

And it shouldn't just be "likely"?

This 52 year old Canadian man, identifies as a 6 year old girl called Stefoknee.
What if they commit a crime?
For the purposes of inclusion, since 6 is below the age of criminal responsibility, should "Stefoknee" be exempt from prosecution?
Or serve their sentence in a Children's Unit?

Omg I've seen it all.

IAmAHologram · 05/03/2016 14:59

I don't want to be an adult right now either - adulting sucks.

BeyondTellsEveryoneRealFacts · 05/03/2016 15:00

Hennifer, i used the same 'n word' (i hate typing that but dont want to offend anyone unintentionally!) example as i saw you did on another thread. No big fuss there, though i was half expecting it. I think i also included something from paris lees for comparison.

BeyondTellsEveryoneRealFacts · 05/03/2016 15:02

And can i point out, that when the canadian government formed their trans policies, they had stephonknee as an advisor (no comment about child labour laws...). This bloke isnt some extreme example that has no effect on people.

Edeline · 05/03/2016 15:25

Can we also remember that Stephonknee is in a bdsm relationship with her 'adopted' father, engages in kink whilst in the identity of a six year old girl, and is encouraged to play with actual little girls by 'her' 'adoptive parents', and everyone is apparently okay with this. This isn't some isolated weirdo...this is an influential transactivist, acknowledged by politicians and trans persons as a spokesperson for the pro- trans cause.

Nope, nothing wrong with this. Don't all authentic little girls have sex with their fathers in bdsm clubs?! Hmm

TealLove · 05/03/2016 15:30

Is that a joke? That thing was giving advice to the canadian government on trans issues?

BeyondTellsEveryoneRealFacts · 05/03/2016 15:56

My favourite quote from that
"I was surprised I didn’t think I was going to be pregnant, I was so much a girl. I actually have an erection right now from it so I’m just going to pull my dress down a little bit"

▪️ Men cant get pregnant
▪️ Six year olds cant (generally) get pregnant
▪️ Having it up the arse cant get you pregnant

^"I was surprised i didnt think i was going to be pregnant"

Ffs, fucking delusional, dissociative, pervert.

VioletVaccine · 05/03/2016 16:11

On the back of Stefoknee, here is Jewell Shuping.
Despite having perfect 20/20 vision, she deliberately and permanently blinded herself with drain cleaner- because she identified as 'a blind woman'.

Mental illness, surely? No, it's actually 'Body Integrity Identity Disorder'.

At what point did we become so scared of offending anyone, that we came up with new names for conditions to accommodate their beliefs, instead of saying "You are clearly ill, and need professional help".

Highsteaks · 05/03/2016 16:17

God, Stephoknee sounds like, amongst other things, a Grade A cunt.

As for Jewell - what the actual fuck?! Does it say in the article that someone else did that to her? Weren't they prosecuted?

TealLove · 05/03/2016 16:20

That person is extremely unwell.

WhoTheFuckIsSimon · 05/03/2016 16:20

Can I self identify as a 65yo and claim my pension? I think this may actually be possible seeing how bonkers the world is at the minute. I would love to retire now.

VioletVaccine · 05/03/2016 16:20

Yes highsteaks, her Psychologist put numbing drops into her eyes before administering the drain cleaner to blind her.

VinceNoirLovesHowardMoon · 05/03/2016 16:23

A psychologist did that? In what country?

WhereYouLeftIt · 05/03/2016 16:25

"I think history will look back on current transactivism as the 21st equivalent of Freudian penis envy. Freud identified a genuine problem - women's distress- but attributed it to biology, not to the social constraints on women. Likewise, transactivism (apart from some sane voices like Miranda Yardley) identifies the genuine misery experienced by people who feel they do not fit in the roles that society expects of their gender, but attributes it to their sex, and not to societal constraint."
My thanks to *shinynewusername, which chrystalised some of my vaguer disquiet.

ILeaveTheRoomForTwoMinutes, I think I am someone who has changed their mind in the debate. I started from the viewpoint of 'of course transwomen are OK in women-only space'. Now, not so much. I think this may be because I originally assumed transwomen to be transexual rather than transgender. That may be my age; I think trans WAS about transexuality originally, long ago.

VinceNoirLovesHowardMoon · 05/03/2016 16:26

In the US. Hmm

HermioneWeasley · 05/03/2016 16:33

whereyouleft I think a lot of us have been in that space - we assumed that all TW have counselling, hormones, and either have or are waiting for genital surgery.

To discover the vast majority (70-80%) never have surgery and are intact males, and the "trans" umbrella not only includes but embraces and promotes perverts like Stephonknee was something of a shock.

MrsToddsShortcut · 05/03/2016 16:34

I think it's worth pointing out at this juncture that people like Stephonknee (who I would categorise as an extreme fetishist above everything else) are in the minority. The vast majority of the trans community just want their rights protected and to live peacefully.

Unfortunately it is the very very loud voices of a very small activist minority who are leading the push for these changes (open access to female space, gender 'neutral' sex ed where you can't state that women menstruate etc) and crucially who are refusing to discuss it. It is they who are shutting down debate to the point where everyone is too scared to voice an opinion for fear of being labelled a bigot. And this small minority have put themselves in positions where they have influence.

I just wanted to put that out there because it would be counter productive if a tiny number of people with mental health issues was conflated with the majority of transpeople.

HermioneWeasley · 05/03/2016 16:40

mrsTodds that is a very fair point.

And people like Miranda Yardley speak out because they know that they will be included in the backlash when the pervert minority and predatory men are given free reign.

All reasonable voices, women and TW, and being silenced on this discussion.

Silenced - any comments are deleted and removed. If you look at the guardian's comments section, gender critical comments aren't just deleted, they're completely removed so you can't tell they've ever been there, and each one of us thinks we're the only people who feel this way.

OP posts:
WhereYouLeftIt · 05/03/2016 16:43

Exactly MrsTodd, such activists seem to me to be completely separate from the transcommunity that they claim to serve. I can't decide if it's closer to McCarthyism or 'The Emperor's new Clothes', but either way the con-artists are winning.

Hennifer · 05/03/2016 16:49

Thanks Beyond, I appreciate it.

Regarding Steph on knee I'm more concerned about her pretend 'dad' who seemingly gets off on fucking a pretend six year old girl up the arse.

Isn't he quite ...dangerous?

MrsToddsShortcut · 05/03/2016 17:03

If anyone is interested in exploring this further, I second looking up articles by Miranda Yardley. She writes with enormous sense, compassion and wisdom about trans issues.

BeyondTellsEveryoneRealFacts · 05/03/2016 17:04

No probs Flowers

Yep, surely social services should be taking "her" away and locking him up for child sex abuse?
