To really like heather mills

She comes across really well - determined, motivated and friendly.

Think its really unfair that she is getting booed. Has she just been unlucky enough to fall inlove with a national treasure?

I used to think she was this amazing woman. One day when on a long coach journey, I heard her talk on a radio show.
The penny dropped and I thought to myself " this is bollocks..she's reading from a script". This was about 17/18 years ago.
I just knew from that moment that she was not the person I thought she was.
I have never believed a single word she has said since that day.

I used to work with some lasses who went to school with her. They said she was legendarily awful.

It can't be easy living with someone like PM who is wealthy beyond imagination yet very down to earth. From what I heard HM was a nightmare. From what I observed she was bat shit crazy and I think she did her best to channel the late wife looks and mannerism wise. It was creepy and she failed miserably. Linda M was an Eastman as in Kodak Eastman. She had oodles of class (and money) behind her. HM, not an inch of class on Katie Price let alone Linda M.

He's never released a decent record since the frog song Confusedand she's thrown half the events she's been in on the jump. They both need to give up the constant pursuit of airtime and leave us in peace. Mr and ex Mrs boredom.

That's correct Annie. So far as I recall the Eastman who founded Kodak died without issue and left his estate to a charitable foundation or university. During his lifetime he was a philanthropist who gave away a lot of money.

I don't think her public persona does her any favours as she always seems too in your face and OTT but imagine if she was telling the truth about Macca? I think there's a good chance she was but she comes across as so unlikeable that people were reluctant to believe her.

I find it refreshing as well. All that national treasure stuff that's usually spouted! He was so average imo, but he grew to believe the national treasure script didn't he. that's what makes him so annoying. He acts like royalty.

I once knew someone who used to work for the travel agency Macca used. Said he was vile and she was just as bad. On their honeymoon, the airline lost the bag containing her spare legs and there was hell to pay.

Sansary, It's laughable to suggest PM has much personal interaction with travel agents. He had staff who organise his diary and travel etc.

Well, I'm only relaying what I was told but apparently in the case of the missing bag of legs it got to a stage where it actually was Macca on the phone!

According to her Wikipedia page, her father was a Russian-Jewish emigre called Epstein - he changed his name to Eastman.

I don't know that much about her, but she strikes me as someone who really had a number done on her, by the media.
She did diss a national treasure no talent but in the right place at the right time
Which probably hasn't helped.

The fact she comes across better on tv (as pointed out by the OP) than when you read about her in the papers, sort of proves that newspapers can write any old rubbish,about anyone.

Seems you guys are right about Linda. I called me Dad and he laughed and said no she was from a nice family in NYC but not Eastman Kodak!

My dad used to fly a lot between NY and UK on the same flight as PM and the two knew each other from their days in Liverpool. My grandmother was a big supporter of theirs and Cilla Black. PM and HM were at an event we were all attending and she was just not LM. There was an aura around LM that made her so unique.

Also PM is humble about his spends. LM was too but HM threw caution into the wind and started spending the money and seeking publicity. My dad and him used to always fly economy and use points to upgrade. He didn't use an agent to book his flights. It might have been that HM used an agent, which probably wound him up!

theres loads of them Mick Jagger,Rod Stuart are good examples

why i have no idea,but funny they are all of similar age

cant stand PM and from vague memory he was what MN would call emotionally abusive when he was married to LM

and as for the hair dyeing when he was with HM Grin Grin

I think it's a generational thing too. My dad is worth millions yet refuses to spend money. He has just moved out of the main home and rented it out. He is living in a half converted stable yard. At night he sleeps in a caravan he was given by someone who wanted to throw it out. There is a premier inn over the road and plenty of places he could rent locally. He just won't spend the money.
