I loved Daniel as James Bond, thought he was great.

Not sure who I think could carry it off next. Clive Owen perhaps but is he too old now? Like the guy in War and Peace, James something? Too young?

Lee Pace is an absolute sex god and no mistake. Right age. Can do menacing. But American and possibly too tall (6'5).

Though I hate Bond films, I only watched the last few because I fancied Daniel Craig. The ones before, I loved Sean Beann as the baddy, so watched that.

Don't know about Tom Hiddleston I'm still slightly excruciated by his interminable impression of Robert de Niro on Graham wotsit.

APlaceOnTheCouch - we're huge fans of Nick Blood/MAOS here, I think you may be on to something. Wouldn't spend money watching AidAn Turner toss his locks as Bond but Nick definitely has the hairdo to play a man who doesn't have time to wash and condition.
