AIBU to judge people on their teeth?

Met a guy on Saturday night who just called me. I refused a date because he has a couple of missing teeth. Okay so maybe I'm shallow but it matters to me.

Why do people kid themselvesi that if teeth are gone at the back it doesn't notice? It does and it makes me cringe. So do rotting, or neglected teeth.

If you want to date, sort it out. Take out a loan if you have to!

OP, YANBU to find bad teeth unattractive, everyone has things they like and don't like in a partner. YABU to judge people for having bad teeth, it's not always fixable and it's often not their fault.

My private partial denture was about £350 and i think i got some discount with my dental plan, so its not cheap, not everyone can easily get a NHS dentist, and it does't sound much cheaper on the NHS anyway.

Why doesn't it make sense. Im borrowing the money and working my arse off to pay it back.

It makes no sense because not everyone has a rich sister they can temporarily leech £12000 from. So not everybody can afford false teeth. You can't without your sister.

I said that its my thing. Not going to go into why as such. Only that from such a young age nice teeth were taken away from me. SO I would move heaven and earth for a nice smile.
