Specifically about Ross and Rachel. I just don't think they should have ended up together!

Have just watched most of the series whilst bf my little one and have found myself irrationally irritated by the ending.

When I watched it when I was younger I thought it was so sweet but watching it now he's so childish and selfish. It just doesn't feel right.

Someone mentioned upthread being annoyed about the buggy being lifted for one step, in the final series. They would have to carry it all the way down the stairs though, there was no lift - remember the episode with Danny DeVito as the stripper, that was one of the things he complained about, on arrival .
Love that episode, it makes me laugh every time.

I love the alternate ending.

Made the whole weird program make perfect sense.

Especially as every episode was mostly about Phoebe's vegetarianism/quirks/alternative lifestyle. They wouldn't have been friends in reality. Ever.

I wish they could film the new ending. They could use lookalikes. It would be brilliant.

I did think that they must all be incredibly fit to be carrying a baby in her pram up all those stairs all the time.

Agree with pps about chandler though. I never really saw it before but watching them all again- he's totally hot. Especially after he comes back from Tulsa which apparently coincided with him going to rehab IRL and getting clean.

Ross was by far the best character. Phoebe was dire. I hated all her story lines. But Ross? Comedy gold.

Oh yes, Tulsa Chandler was indeed delicious.

Ross was a great character so funny. Getting a tan is one of the funniest ever episodes.

i still love friends i can watch them over and over again and still find it funny i love the episode where rachel makes a trifle.

Any episode with Jack and Judy usually gets my vote but I hated the trifle one, it was so cringy. As if anyone would be stupid enough to think mince would go in trifle and people would eat it anyway.

True but in the storyline the main issue was chandlers sperm and Monica felt it was an imbalance for her to have a child that was hers biologically but not chandlers.

I did LOVE the tanning episode! And the one where he lost it cos someone eat his sandwich!!

The episode where Monica says to Ross 'if I could choose my parents is want yours!' Was when I knew I'd found my people! Because I was Monica, the scapegoat in the family!

Chandler featured in some rather erm interesting dreams I had while pregnant

I also loved Mike, particularly the CrapBag episode funnily enough .

I didn't know that about Monica getting pregnant tying in with Courtney and her miscarriages. I knew she was pregnant at the end, she was quite clearly bigger.

I loved the one where Phoebe met Mike's parents. And all the ones with the flashbacks to when they were younger.
