I can't get over the fact that he's called Bruce

Met a nice guy, been out a couple of times but he's called Bruce and it angers me! It makes me cringe and I can't seem to get over it. AIBU to just give up on him over it?

My dh is called bruce. He does have red hair and he is 44. And I am freaked out!

My dad was called Bruce. We all called him Bruciep. (and I am Lynniep) Bruce is a good strong name. To be fair, we never named our boys after him, but still. Go Bruce!

My dog is called Bruce, my ex is called Martin, my brother is called Barry and my mates oh is called Neil. Shock

I KNEW Martin would be mentioned, his name made me cringe for 5 years Blush but dont see anything wrong with the rest!!

Alan would b an awful name except one of the most gorgeous boys at school was called Alain. Maybe the random i makes all the difference.

My dad was called Alan too operaha. So yeah my DH and my dad have awful names but are 2 of the best people ever so I don't mind!

I've dated a white guy called Aynsley. I bet nobody here can beat that. He had a shit personality too so maybe I should have trusted my instincts

Bruce is a cool name here in Scotland . I know a 21 year old Bruce who is awesome.
