Infuriated by colleague that has sushi, fruit and soft drink every lunchtime

They are all plastic wrapped, with plastic fork for fruit, plastic bottle for soft drink, plastic container for soy sauce. It's like a mountain of plastic every lunchtime. Really pisses me of.

Now they are bringing in that plastic bag law however plastic bags are so thin nowadays and all the main supermarket s decompose in 2-5 years. But all this plastic packaging will not decompose for a long time.

Yes I know some will say its none of my business, but rubbish, wastefulness and landfill are my business IMO.

FGS do you expect him to be perfect? I rarely drive, use minimal plastic, reuse and recycle massively and do my bit that way. On the down side, I like to have a deep bath with plenty of hot water, we all have our compromises which we make. Yes, we have to tackle climate change but we also have to live our life with some pleasures.

This thread is really showing the people who can't be arsed to RTFT, this thread is from 4 1/2 years ago and people are still trying to tag the OP.

I understand how you feel, but are you perfect. If not could you change something you do and consider it a balance to your colleague. They annoy you less because they're inspiring you to do more

Not only are people not RTFT, they're not even reading the entire opening post while assuming nothing has changed in 200+ posts.

Nobody needs to RTFT - the warning from MN is written in bold on the actual opening post

If people aren't even reading the opening post, what do they believe they are commenting on?
