I'm a bit tired of blogger yummy mummies

Summer is coming up, and we are waiting for the slim near perfect blogger mums telling us how they went to the beach the other day and someone laughed at their stretch marks while they were wearing their bikinis, so they were quite upset and went to have a little cry.

When my mummy friends and I go to the beach, we would be greatfull to be even able to wear a bikini...............................

Others will show us a slight tummy and go and on about it - all I can say is lucky them they remain a size 10/12, some of us carried the weight all over.

Since, they come to mainstream news like Yahoo etc. hard not to.

Honestly, unless someone blogs on a subject you are really really interested in, wouldn't you rather read an interesting book?

Lord knows there are many ways to waste time in one's life but my honest opinion is that reading other people's blogs is right up near the top spot.

Erm, I'll try and put this tactfully but YABU.

Most people are slim because they eat sensibly, and exercise. It isn't luck.

The power to fit into a size 10 bikini is in your hands.

When you say they "come to mainstream news like Yahoo" you still don't have to read them? Presumably all you see is a pic or a heading from that day's post? It is NOT hard to NOT read them! I have a couple that I dip in and out of occasionally for entertainment on a rainy day but there is no obligation on me whatsoever to do so, so I don't understand how you end up reading them without making a conscious choice to do so!

Well you don't have to read them. That and it's not luck they are in a size 10-12. Some are naturally slim, and most work for it.

You can also wear a bikini whatever size you are really.

Avoid avoid avoid - they are very boring anyway. Time to find interesting bloggers who spend their time doing more than shopping, doing the household admin and blogging about shopping/household admin.

Unexpected, you will have noticed that they come to mainstream as if there is some news about how some mum got shamed while at the beach, only when you read you realise that i's a blogger. Always sounds like they are fishing for compliments, especially when you realise they just posted a few pictures of said body with minimal stretch marks on a slim body that does not look like it's had any babies at all.

Saucy, if it were that easy, most women would look like Kate Moss and not ask if my bum looks big in this.

FWIW I am a size 8 and I would never in a million years wear a bikini on a beach. Far too cold.

Why on earth would I choose to read a story about how some mum got shamed at the beach?! That is not "news" and I don't know what you would be expecting by clicking on something like that other than a load of waffle.

My bum is not big but it does kind of flap around the back of my thighs a bit

Hence the non bikini wearing, as well as ambient June temp being about 14 degrees.

Except the anti vaccine crowd. They need to be told, repeatedly, by everyone with two or more functioning neurons, why they are wrong.

Anyway, All you need for a bikini body is a bikini, and a body. Sod everyone else and wear what you like at the beach :) life's too short to worry about what other people think of that sort of stuff. 99% of the time they don't care or even see you. The vain ones are usually too busy taking selfies to bother about anyone else ;)

Having said that, I usually wear a rashie and those rashie leggings because I'm so pale I can even burn at Bridlington in April. But the principle stands.

The issue here is how all women feel about their bodies and lives. You don't have the right to dictate how another woman feels about her body just because you have a different perception to her.

If it annoys you. Don't read it.
