It's warm here, I'm sat outside basking in the sun, listening to 90s classics. I've just heard my neighbour complain loudly about the "bloody noise" to her dh. It's not loud at all. So aibu to ignore them and carry on listening to Shania twain, backstreet boys, bwitched etcetc? Grin

Our lovely neighbours are playing music loudly and I'm dancing alone. The play a fab mix of everything. I look forward it when the sun shines.

AnnieMoor · 06/04/2015 15:49

Really selfish.

Wear headphones and have some consideration for your neighbours.

OhWotIsItThisTime · 06/04/2015 15:49

Is this a reverse? As it's so obvious YABU.

HighwayDragon · 06/04/2015 15:49

I've turned it off.

Hate headphones, unless over ear and they're broken!

If your neighbours can hear then too loud

trixymalixy · 06/04/2015 15:50

YABU, I hate my peace being disturbed by other people' music in the garden. It's rude and selfish. If you're staying still then what difference does it make to you to use some headphones?

I believe the word tob describe those who play music in their garden is 'chav'. Switch it off or take it indoors.

OneInAMillionYou · 06/04/2015 15:52

Selfish people like you, inflicting their choice of noise on neighbours, ruin summer for others. There is always one, as soon as the sun shines, deciding that they can ruin peaceful enjoyment of the garden in nice weather.

No one can stop OP being utterly inconsiderate.

StillStayingClassySanDiego · 06/04/2015 15:55

I think you should be able to play music in your garden if that's what you want, volume 5 on a tablet isn't loud.

StillStayingClassySanDiego · 06/04/2015 15:56

Chav to play music in your garden? Heard it all nowEaster Hmm

usualsuspect333 · 06/04/2015 15:57

People who use the word 'chav' deserve to have their NDN play music to piss them off.

DramaAlpaca · 06/04/2015 15:57

Grin at bird song CD!

OttiliaVonBCup · 06/04/2015 15:57

in RL quite a few care.

doesn't matter what the music is, you are a selfish pig if you make the decision that everyone else has to listen to it.

StillStayingClassySanDiego · 06/04/2015 16:00

Selfish pig , bit harsh there.

It's cold, miserable and foggy here so for that reason I'm declaring you unreasonable Grin if I can't enjoy the sunshine, no one should!

usualsuspect333 · 06/04/2015 16:01

We should all sit in total silence according to MN law.

No kids playing out,no music, no BBQs.

myshinynewusername · 06/04/2015 16:01

If god meant for us to listen to shite 90s music from our neighbour's gardens, he wouldn't have invented the headphones.

I rest my case.

Easter Grin
