I dont eat particularly healthy but have say sandwich and crisps for lunch. One particularly healthy colleague is always making comments and slights. Its so irritating im starting to consider eating in the car rather than the office to avoid the continual grilling and comments.
AIBU (I know I am a bit)

I find that if soneone us annoying you in a situation like this, you can look them straight in ths face and enquire in a friendly manner:" wat are you saying?", "yes, it's briwn bread. Why are you asking? "

She "well, it can 't be healthy all thise carbs"
You , in friendly manner:" but why does it bother you?"

Every time she says it, she'll feel a bit foolish.

I had a colleague who used to do this Angry.

I got really self conscious about eating in the office and eventually decided to only eat salads in work.

Then the cunt started commenting on the quantity of salad. I promptly told him to fuck off and went back to eating how I liked.

Is she:

a) obsessed with food because she is always on a diet?

b) trying to be superior?

c) socially inadequately trying to make conversation?

d) pompously trying to educate you into making better food choices?

e) desperate to be offered a bite?

f) drunk?

Take MelonBaller's suggestions and ask her. Are you a) obsessed with food...

I had one of these types sit opposite me in an office for a while. Transpired she had an eating disorder. She was utterly obsessed with what I ate.

I'd just ignore it completely. Just don't bother acknowledging it it unless you are asked a direct question, and then change the subject ASAP

Constant food talk is so dull Hmm
