i'm itching to know why many mn's slag off the daily mail, what is their choice of paper to read, and why, just curious, considering some of the others on sale.

Well ofcourse they've stooped that low it's the DM Grin

Click rates make pennies, doesn't take a genius to work that out.

I never, ever used to look at the daily mail....until I joined Mumsnet Blush.

I find myself following links to it and then getting dragged in. I find myself thinking that it's all salacious tripe but then finding that I have have read several articles.

Sad

Agreeing that the Telegraph has some good articles that are worth reading. As a paper, I've noticed that it's not full of universal admiration for this government either. Nor do I see any particular uncritical fondness for UKIP. So, despite its general right wing bias, I have no problem with it, which makes any suggestion that I don't like the Daily Mail because I'm a leftie a bit silly, really.

Claig's probably in a cold sweat after the ukip.org domain lapsed, today.

It's sobering to think the US made a profit out of WW2. George W Bush should give lectures about that ... "what my grandaddy did during the war"

True. But on the other hand, the UK made an equally good profit out of the American Civil War.

Because everyday there is an article that claims something innocuous like a router, hairband, Cat, Fox or biscuit that can apparently cause some kind of fatal disease and thereby annihilate your entire family.

We should be proud ... we taught them all they knew ....
