Exp gave DS his Xmas card (1st Xmas since split) DS is 3 - and it doesn't even say son on it!

To be fair technically mine doesn't either it's one from moon pig with his name & photo on it.

I know it's a really minor thing but it annoys me!

In answer to your question of why children come with so many cards... Well a couple of parents send their children in with cards, you need to reciprocate not to be rude, and then you send cards for everyone because you don't want for a child to be left out.

Looking back, children didn't give a hoot, it was us mothers teaching them about good Christmas manners...
