I think she would do wonders for the country. Really wish she would cue milliband and be our next pm.

She has been pretty quiet recently, could this be because she is planning this?

No. No.

Andy Burnham looks alright, let's have him not that I'd vote for Labour anyway

aermingers · 26/11/2014 21:43

I used to live near her and judging by the fact that she didn't seem to be capable of looking after her travelcard and it was frequently on display as lost at the local station I wouldn't really trust her to look after the country.

Annietheacrobat · 26/11/2014 21:49

Russ Abbott for PM!

clutchpearl · 26/11/2014 22:11

So because she lost her travel card she isn't capable of running a country?! Cray!

OP posts:
clutchpearl · 26/11/2014 22:16

Da only sent her son to private schools because at the time the state ones were no good. Now with labours investment she would be able to send her son there. You can't blame her if she doesn't have a time machine ffs

No way should a racist be in charge of our country. I can't stand the woman, I think I'd prefer Mr bean to be in charge!

Andrewofgg · 26/11/2014 22:33

She once said that the first task of an incoming Labour Government would be to sack the judges and replace them with reliable appointments.

You might not like all the judges we have but it's not difficult to see what would happen when in due time the electorate voted that government out and put another in.

So much for an independent judiciary.

And I'm not sure that if she were PM there would be an election when the time came if she thought they would lose.

TheOriginalSteamingNit · 26/11/2014 22:37

I'll vote labour until I can't hold a pen, and I'd vote for them if DA was the leader, but I think it would be a terrible decision for the party to make, and I'd be astounded if they did. Can't bear the woman.

WetAugust · 26/11/2014 22:43

Clutchpearl

You her best mate if something cos you are seeing a whole lot of virtues that are hidden yo the rest of us.

WetAugust · 26/11/2014 22:43

OOoops. Or something?

Twrch62 · 26/11/2014 22:44

Really? is this a joke thread?
She comes across as a publicity seeking, self serving, racist hypocrite, without an ounce of common sense,
wonders if op is D.A.

TheOriginalSteamingNit · 26/11/2014 22:50

She's a fucking liability. She would be a disaster.

wonderstuff · 26/11/2014 22:50

I like her too OP. I was really surprised she was the first out of the leadership contest. She has a lot more charisma and is a much better orator than E Milliband (though that's not really saying much). She is too much of a lose cannon though I think. And I'll admit I'd not heard the Finnish nurses comments - that is unfortunate. She is a good constituency MP by all accounts - a friend of mine had support from her when she had issues with a dodgy landlord.

I like that she seems genuinely left wing - which is so rare in the Labour party. I don't think they would do a much better job than the Tories atm tbh. They are so corporate now.

I've joined the Greens - I can't see a decent alternative at the moment.

WetAugust · 26/11/2014 22:55

Yes, Greens are the way to go Hmm

Jux · 26/11/2014 23:11

She's untrustworthy, hypocritical and deceitful. She is just like all the others, so it would make very little difference.

BewitchedBotheredandBewildered · 26/11/2014 23:50

So, baked beans, National Insurance and Dianne Abbott.

Interesting choice of threads to start OP.

BTW, you need to capitalise your NN.

fluffymouse · 27/11/2014 00:47

I thought the title was sarcastic.

My pet dog would make a better pm.

She is not in the slightest bit racist.

echt · 27/11/2014 05:48

She placed her son in a private school, massively white and with overwhelmingly white staff weeks after saying white teachers couldn't teach black kids, boys in particular.

Racist. Tick.
Hypocrite. Tick.

Chococroc · 27/11/2014 08:23

My job has led me to work alongside her at events for two different causes. I've never come across such as self-serving, publicity hungry individual. She made no effort to understand anything about the causes themselves, or the people involved. Would be a dreadful choice for MP IMO.

ClaudiaNaughton · 27/11/2014 08:47

I think clutchpearl IS DA.

NiceCupOfTeaAndAPartyRing · 27/11/2014 09:28

I actually quite like her and agree with you OP. She's certainly a better candidate for a 'real' politician than the 'wow he can drink a pint' army of Farrage followers.
Also, THIS is totally hilarious:

ArthurShappey · 27/11/2014 09:32

I clicked on this thread thinking it was a joke... But the OP is serious?! Crikey.

EmilyGilmore · 27/11/2014 09:32

She's awful; rude, smarmy, hypocritical and full of her own self-importance.

But the OP is a wind-up anyway.

DidoTheDodo · 27/11/2014 10:29

I'd like to vote for fluffymouse's pet dog in preference please. Does he/she have a manifesto? Bones for all perhaps?

bluebirdonmyshoulder · 27/11/2014 11:18

Not only is she a racist hypocrite but her racist hypocrisy doesn't even make sense!

The justification for sending her son to a posh private school where he was going to be I think the only black pupil was that 'West Indian mums will go to the wall for their kids.' However she clearly didn't want her son to go to the local school where he would be surrounded by the children of those 'West Indian mums' so she can't think that highly of them!!
