Very close now. But we still have a long way to go.

LovleyRitaMeterMaid · 19/09/2014 04:00

What kind of tampering should we suspec

LatteLoverLovesLattes · 19/09/2014 04:00

Baker yes but appears to be small fry. Supposedly 10 people turned up to be told they'd already voted Hmm Votes are numbered though, so they'll pull them out of the boxes. Assume the 'real' people got to vote. Police will get the others and sort it out.

howcomes · 19/09/2014 04:00

Checking in from Canada and feeling gutted by results so far, too much scaremongering in the run up and I honestly believe people will regret this lost opportunity. Also dismayed that the turnouts were not higher. More yes votes please!

tabulahrasa · 19/09/2014 04:00

"Did I see something about fraud in Glasgow"

Yes it was only ten votes though, people went to vote to find out they'd voted already.

Toadinthehole · 19/09/2014 04:00

Dundee = yes.

Shrug.

Roonerspism · 19/09/2014 04:01

Gawd that makes it much tighter.

Yes, police investigating in Glasgow...

LatteLoverLovesLattes · 19/09/2014 04:01

Do you live in the UK or in Canada howcomes?

tabulahrasa · 19/09/2014 04:01

howcomes - to be fair, the turnout is record breakingly high.

BakerStreetSaxRift · 19/09/2014 04:02

Thanks guys Thanks

That's shocking. I'd have been so upset if that happened to me.

livingzuid · 19/09/2014 04:02

I don't think so latte I am sure they wouldn't have called a recount otherwise. I know what you mean but I think it is ok.

If it is a Yes and the Western Isles and Orkney and Shetland break off and remain part of the UK I would happily move there!

MrsTerryPratchett · 19/09/2014 04:02

howcomes are you posting from Quebec? Grin

SantanaLopez · 19/09/2014 04:02

From BBC, Norman Smith- I understand SNP will take part in talks over new powers for Scotland in the events of a No vote #indyref

flippinada · 19/09/2014 04:02

Folk that are alarmed by the yes vote in Dundee...Dundee was always going to be yes.

We've heard throughout it will be very close.

howcomes · 19/09/2014 04:03

Latte, just moved to Canada 3 yrs ago from uk, lived in Scotland for 30 plus yrs.

livingzuid · 19/09/2014 04:03

Who is this guy talking at the moment about Dundee on BBC2? Sorry I have baby brain!

livingzuid · 19/09/2014 04:04

The chap with grey hair sitting next to the lady with the yellow dress.

StatisticallyChallenged · 19/09/2014 04:04

Not alarmed as such, just think it is way too early to call it. Only 10% declared

OP posts:
SantanaLopez · 19/09/2014 04:05

Only 10% declared

Shock

Are we expecting the next hour to be busy?

AndHarry · 19/09/2014 04:05

I hope that whichever result I wake up to, it's not a 50.1% vs 49.9% vote.

LovleyRitaMeterMaid · 19/09/2014 04:05

And remember it's not about areas, every vote counts on its own.

howcomes · 19/09/2014 04:05

Turnout is high I know but such a historic time I am surprised it isn't more. Typing too slow :)

Spiritedwolf · 19/09/2014 04:06

Angus getting ready

MrsTerryPratchett · 19/09/2014 04:06

Lovley I'm assuming that's why no one is screaming about recounts. Because it's not as important when it's not FPTP.

livingzuid · 19/09/2014 04:06

Another Yes?
