I though they would have a bigger win tbh!

flippinada · 19/09/2014 04:53

Yes from Glasgow....but not by a huge margin.

Leela5 · 19/09/2014 04:53

Phew...that was tense

LovleyRitaMeterMaid · 19/09/2014 04:53

Thank you Glasgow!

OOAOML · 19/09/2014 04:54

Glasgow yes but not as much as I expected.

Oh fuck me

ChelsyHandy · 19/09/2014 04:54

Thank you to those in Glasgow who voted No. In fact, thanks to everyone who voted No.

SantanaLopez · 19/09/2014 04:54

No has crossed the 1 million.

Leela5 · 19/09/2014 04:54

not a big margin for Glasgow, or is that just me?

and only 75%?? Grin

MoominKoalaAndMiniMoom · 19/09/2014 04:54

Something tells me that wasn't the resounding 'Yes' they thought it would be...

londonrach · 19/09/2014 04:54

Champagne tomorrow i think.......might go to bed mow. Thank you Glasgow as although its a yes its not as bad

livingzuid · 19/09/2014 04:54

I actually take that as rather a victory for the No campaign. They must have clawed back some votes. I was expecting that to be very painful.

Scottish Borders came in at the same time. Very resounding NO.

HamishBamish · 19/09/2014 04:54

Wow, that was bett than I expected from Glasgow. Stil some biggies to come though.

CarbeDiem · 19/09/2014 04:54

As predicted so not surprised but I thought more yes votes.

JeanneDeMontbaston · 19/09/2014 04:54

I've not been this gripped by an election since I used to watch them on TV with my dad. Smile

530 spoiled sounds like a lot, doesn't it?!

SantanaLopez · 19/09/2014 04:54

Definitely thought Glasgow would have been a landslide Yes.

You okay Rita?

BookABooSue · 19/09/2014 04:55

Everything is pointing to Glasgow being 'yes' but it depends by how much. One of the academics said earlier that working class areas were voting 'yes' and middle class voting 'no' so I guess the Glasgow vote will depend on how mobilised the different classes are and how they identify.

tabulahrasa · 19/09/2014 04:55

West lothian's a no as well, guessed that though, lol

londonrach · 19/09/2014 04:55

Waswondering hubby just said that re the queen and Philip getting her some tea...

squoosh · 19/09/2014 04:55

Borders

Y - 27, 906
N - 55, 553

Roonerspism · 19/09/2014 04:55

It's not enough!!!

I'm crying into my dog - with relief.

I'm sorry to the disappointment of the yes voters. But I'm shedding tears of relief here.

Username12345 · 19/09/2014 04:55

That won't be enough.

I think people expected more yes's from Glasgow.
